Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and discreetly as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside of our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the product name or brand on the outside of the parcel.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
